Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-11

This page is a structural template pending legal review — it is not yet finalised legal advice and should not be relied on as such.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stoorage at stoorage.eu and stoorage.gr. By creating an account or using Stoorage, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

What we do

Stoorage is an online marketplace that connects people who need storage space ("Renters") with people who have space to rent ("Hosts"). We are not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Renters — we provide the platform that connects you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stoorage. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Hosts

As a Host, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing (location, size, photos, pricing), for the condition and safety of the space you offer, and for complying with any local laws or building regulations that apply to your property.

Renters

As a Renter, you're responsible for using the storage space as agreed with the Host, for paying the agreed price on time, and for not storing prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items.

Bookings and payments

Booking and payment terms (including cancellation and refund policies) will be detailed at the time payments are enabled on the platform. All prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable platform fees, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be set out for each booking. Hosts and Renters should agree on cancellation terms clearly before confirming a booking.

Prohibited use

You may not use Stoorage to store illegal, hazardous, stolen, or prohibited items, to harass or defraud other users, or to circumvent the platform's fees by arranging payment outside Stoorage.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions), but grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to use.

Limitation of liability

Stoorage provides the platform "as is." We're not liable for the condition of storage spaces, disputes between Hosts and Renters, or loss or damage to stored items, except where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable EU law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stoorage after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
